Products shaped circular concrete culverts spin centrifugal according to the design of the Institute of Science – Materials under the Ministry of Transport produced according to TCXDVN 372: 2006. In addition, Minh Son Concrete Co., Ltd. also receives production according to customers’ designs.

With modern centrifugal rotary technology combined with automatic feeding, it creates high quality finished products with outstanding features: smooth surface, high compressive strength of concrete, high pressure resistance. high force, good abrasion resistance, accurate geometric dimensions, tight joint installation, no leakage, long service life; the concrete strength of 07-day culverts is at least 30Mpa, but in fact, at the 3-day-old concrete plants, it reaches 100% of the design and can be transported to the construction site, the final intensity reaches 35MPa. All types of sewers from Ø300 to Ø2000 with load level.

1. CALCULATING THE CENTER OF CENTER

A. Applied standard
Centrifugal concrete Minh Son produced according to TCVN 9113: 2012 or manufactured according to customer requirements.

B. Concrete strength

The strength of concrete for 07-day culverts is at least 30 MPa, but in reality, at 3-day-old concrete plants, it reaches 100% of the design and can be transported to construction sites. The final intensity is about 35 Mpa.

C. The strong points

The technology of centrifugal rotation makes the sewer round evenly and smoothly inside the cage to drain water better. The culvert is longer than the vibration-pressed product and the concrete strength of the culvert is higher due to the centrifugal process squeezing out the water and the material is tighter.
